Easy Tear Specimen Bag

These Easy Tear specimen bags are used in NHS pathology to hold patient samples at GP practices and hospital wards. Designed to work with electronic requesting systems, printed test requests can be attached using the adhesive strip on the back, while the easy-tear feature allows pathology staff to open the bag quickly. They are available in three types: Clear – for general, multi-departmental use; Red Urgent – for A&E, indicating urgent samples; and Blue Microbiology – for microbiology specimens.
