The Antibody Form is used to help prevent transfusion reactions by clearly recording antibodies identified in a patient’s blood. The form includes a peel-out antibody card containing key antibody information, enabling future blood transfusions to be safely matched to the patient’s antibody profile. This helps ensure patients receive compatible blood, reducing the risk of adverse reactions and potential health complications. Supplied as single-cut A4 sheets with an unprinted face and blue reverse, boxed in 100’s.
